Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is always FREE with Sisters Unique Boutique ( For all US Orders). All orders will be PROCESSED (NOT RECIEVED) within 24 hours if your order is received Monday through Friday before 12PM EST unless they are a pre-ordered item. If the item is pre-ordered, the date of shipping will be posted. If it is a LOCAL ORDER only, the ad for the product will indicate that. You will be responsible for picking up your order at the store directly.

Holidays and Weekends are excluded. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will also ship on the following Monday unless that Monday falls on a Holiday.

There will be no email of confirmation sent to you. Your receipt of purchase will be automatically generated and serves as proof of purchase. If an item is unavailable, you will receive a notice of refund that is processed.

All orders are shipped in accordance with the advertised date of promotion. Some will ship immediately, others will ship within 2-3 weeks depending on the product. The shipping date will be clearly defined in the ad you have read. Once shipped, you may email us for a tracking number. All shipments are are to  the Continental US  destinations only via USPS and can take anywhere from 5-12 business  days to arrive.

*We verify all credit cards before shipping. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, please add that address to notes on your order.

Please note that all packages are shipped uninsured. We will not be held responsible should USPS or UPS lose your package. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with any charges for expedited shipping.

RETURN POLICY

Here are the  rules and procedures for returns:

  • Items can be returned for full credit in the form of purchase.
  • All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
  • Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed or unworn with tags attached (if applicable).
  • Please allow our team 5-10 business days to process your return once it is received at our store.
